Limited 2 Year Warranty

• We warrant that our goods will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the period of 2 years.
• If the goods fail to operate within 2 years from the date of purchase, sellers' liability is limited to one of the following option:  1.)Return of goods to seller and return of the purchase price or 2.)Repair or replacement of defective goods.
• This warranty does not apply to defects due to negligence, shipping, abuse or misuse, acident, improper maintenance, improper installation, repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than the seller, or defects in system components. We further disclaim any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SER shall not be liable for any consequential damages or any other damages arising from the sale of goods.
